HI im requesting aproval for a solo neutral ship builder and miner trader faction

sry i read late the secondary articles of the rules.

but, as low population server and the game has i think article 1 of faction creation can be freeze and alow me be solo member plz.

i have stop playing mp with the mushroom fleet server shut down. im not problematic and play in rare schedules like 1 to 6am, so im not gona bother anyone if i dont get anoyed.
